However, text messaging is best for fast answers to short questions...if you have long or difficult questions, then email is the better way to go...since we can provide more detailed answers and links to helpful web pages. No Orders By PhoneFor the sake of accuracy and our own sanity, we do not take orders by phone...even getting us on the phone is notoriously difficult during the busy shipping season. This is a family business, and therefore we have neither a fancy phone system nor a secretary, and are crazy busy in spring and fall. Note that if you order now but choose a later ship date, that may affect the size of your trees...here's why >> Do we have a printed catalog?We avoid the high cost of printing and mailing full color catalogs so we can keep our prices as low as possible for you. Besides, our availability may change weekly during the spring and fall shipping seasons, so a printed catalog would become outdated before it even hits your mailbox. Where are we located?We pack and ship your trees in the middle of nursery country, in the small city of Grand Haven, MI [a.k.a. Coast Guard City USA!].
