Washington State QuarantinesWe cannot ship some types of evergreen trees to WA due to state quarantines on the following: • Soil import restrictions, which means we cannot ship plug seedlings or jumbo plug seedlings to WAAny non-native insect, disease, fungus, etc. which could catch a ride in a plane or truck over the Rocky Mountains [a natural barrier for these nasty things] could damage Washington state's agriculture industry. So even though our plug seedlings and jumbo plug seedlings are thoroughly inspected against these things, WA state law will not allow it.
